Yes, and if they change from week to week we adapt the program to make those weeks work however you need them to.
Sometimes that means shuffling the sessions around, sometimes that might mean dropping one or two sessions, other times that might mean taking a deliberate week off.
This will happen, and that’s ok. As alluded to above we’ll deal with each scenario. Because the program is about long-term progress, we don’t sweat the missed sessions or even missed weeks too much.
Nope. The program is catered to whatever is available to you.
Yes, absolutely. Ideally we’ll get a diagnosis and recommendations from your physio, but we can work around any injury, bringing up other areas whilst rehabbing the injury itself. In pro rugby they say “Injury is Opportunity” and I very much view it that way - there’s always work to be done.

Yes, in fact many of our clients travel regularly for work and see amazing success. Usually travel makes sticking to programs much harder, but because your plan will be set up for your lifestyle, we can adapt the days/week as needed each time.
No. This service is no longer offered since adherence is always incredibly low and the individualization is not where it should be to get the best progress. I work with individual players who seek to get the best for themselves.
