Chest days, back days and leg days are for the idiot meatheads who think they’re taking their training seriously, but never actually make any progress. Look at most of the guys you see in the gym, they look the same all the time!!

When I left uni a few years back I stopped playing rugby, since then I’ve been gyming every now and again to keep in an alright shape. But without a training partner it got hard to stay consistent and make any real gains.
